Welding

All of the welding materials we use are produced from rods of the highest quality, eliminating the risk of so-called 'blow holes' often associated with the use of cheaper materials which is the cause of inferior tools.

We can work in HSS, aluminium, stellite, brass, stainless and mild steel and also offer a comprehensive brazing facility which enables us to replace broken carbide tips on form tools. We can repair carbide anti-vibration boring bars where the actual head has broken off - saving the cost of an expensive replacement.
